If your flight is delayed or if you need to check in after midnight, please contact us immediately; this service is not guaranteed, it is ALWAYS necessary to arrange night check-in in advance.

You can do your payment on behalf of the property for this stay, online with credit card (only Mastercard and Visa) ( on arrival day your payment must be arrived yet ) but make sure you have cash for any extras once you get there ( city tax, transfer, late check in) .
Smoking :
Smoking is not allowed. In case of transgression will be withheld the deposit ( 150 euros ) as a fine, the structure reserves the right to increase the amount depending on the seriousness of the transgression ( in the presence of children or pregnant women ) .

Quiet hours :
Guests must be quiet between 20:00 and 08:00.
This apartment is located in a condo: also during the day guests are kindly requested to keep their tone of voice low, not to shout, to keep the radio and TV at a moderate volume and to gently close the doors.
